Web-DL (Web Download) is the gold standard. The source tag (NF for Netflix, AMZN for Amazon, HMAX for HBO Max) tells you where the bits came from.
If you do acquire the version, check for the "DUAL" track options—you might find commentary or alternate language mixes not available in standard releases.
