Bob Lee Swagger (Mark Wahlberg) is a highly skilled Marine Corps sniper who is coaxed out of retirement by a shadowy government colonel (Danny Glover). The mission seems simple: predict the trajectory of a potential presidential assassination attempt. However, Swagger is double-crossed, framed for the crime, and becomes the target of a nationwide manhunt. He must use his elite sniper and survival skills to uncover the real conspiracy and clear his name.
