Losing that work to a reinstall, a hard drive crash, or simply moving to a new PC is a nightmare.
Navigate to COM3D2/GameData/Texture/ and copy any .png or .dds files your maid uses (custom eyes, skin textures, etc.). Place these in a textures subfolder within your preset package. com3d2 preset portable
