This is the #1 issue with non-Unicode fonts like Gopika. The recipient must have the same Gopika font installed on their system. If they don’t, the system falls back to default English fonts. Always convert your Gopika text to an image (PNG/JPG) or PDF before sharing if you are unsure about the recipient’s font library.
