If you are reading this, you have likely been stopped dead in your tracks. You are trying to install Windows 11 on a brand-new laptop (featuring an Intel 11th, 12th, 13th, or 14th Gen processor), and suddenly, a frustrating blue screen appears: “A media driver your computer needs is missing” or “Load Driver.”
: Once the driver loads, your internal SSD or hard drive will appear, allowing you to create partitions and continue the Windows setup. Alternative: Extracting from .exe If you only have the SetupRST.exe
