Checkm8 does NOT work on the T2 chip. The T2 is based on the A10 Fusion architecture, but its Secure Enclave and bridgeOS operate differently. There is no public, free, tethered bootrom exploit for T2 MacBooks. Any tool claiming “Checkm8 for T2” is lying.
