SCS Software has never developed a PSP port of ETS2. The PSP was discontinued in 2014, and its hardware (333 MHz CPU, 64 MB RAM) is roughly 1/50th as powerful as a basic laptop running ETS2. The game’s physics engine, open-world streaming, and AI traffic logic would be impossible to run natively on a PSP.
