Windows 10 and 11 are excellent at finding drivers automatically.

Ensure you are plugging the dock into the correct port on your laptop. Many Hyrta docks require a USB 3.0 or USB-C port for sufficient power and data speed. If you plug it into a slower USB 2.0 port, video output will not work.
