Citizen Tz30-m01 Driver Windows 7

Instead of the user manually browsing for an .inf file via Device Manager (which often results in "No driver found" errors), the LHIE scans the USB/Serial ports for the specific VID/PID (Vendor ID/Product ID) of the Citizen TZ30-M01. It forces the Windows 7 PnP (Plug and Play) manager to accept the specific driver package regardless of the "Digital Signature" enforcement issues common in older Windows builds.
